Design
Every boom and net system, regardless of application, requires some level of design and engineering. Some projects are specification-driven, while other more complicated systems require a detailed analysis of the performance requirements and existing conditions. PNP offers decades of designing experience and can assist in selecting the appropriate system to meet the customer’s needs. We have long-standing working relationships with highly reputable engineering firms that can provide engineering support services to ensure operational performance.
PNP avoids one-size-fits-all approaches. We work with our customers to understand each project’s specific needs. Considering the environments and energy regimes to which systems will be subjected, then design cost-effective solutions.
Build
Building quality products is a core value at PNP. We have a thorough quality assurance program to assure manufacturing is performed in accordance with design specifications. Following a project’s design phase, PNP will begin procuring and manufacturing the required blend of HDPE, nets, ropes, fasteners, anchors, and hardware. Fabrication and assembly occur at our production facility in Kingston, Washington. We also manage the logistics of shipping the products we manufacture.
PNP has long-standing relationships with leading high-density polyethylene (HDPE), synthetic rope, and net manufacturers, which provides our customers with the latest product lines and highest level of technical support.
Install
Proper installation is critical to how well a netting and/or boom system operates and achieves its intended purpose and service life. PNP can either perform an installation or provide the necessary oversight for customers who prefer to install their own systems.
Pacific Netting Products has been installing systems for nearly three decades and fully understands what it takes to successfully execute and deliver a project on schedule and within budget. We will provide an orientation of the system and an overview of the maintenance schedule to ensure the system maintains peak performance over time. PNP is a turn-key provider and is available to answer questions and/or provide technical assistance.
